Shop RVs by Floorplan in Barrie & Simcoe County
Welcome to the Bella Vista RV Centre Floorplan Directory. We understand that finding the right RV isn't just about the brand name—it's about how the space works for you. Whether you need a Bunkhouse to sleep a family of eight, a Rear Living layout for panoramic lake views, or a Murphy Bed model to fit in a smaller driveway, the layout is the most important decision you will make.
Use the directory below to browse our inventory by specific configuration. We have organized our hundreds of units—from Keystone, Coachmen, Roadtrek, and more—into easy-to-shop categories.
Bunk-house
The Family Standard. The #1 choice for families. These units feature dedicated bunk beds (often double-over-double) in the rear or a separate bunk room.
-
Best For: Families with children, bringing friends along, and maximizing sleeping capacity without setting up tents.
Two-Bedroom
Maximum Privacy. Why share a room? These floorplans feature two distinct bedrooms, usually separated by the living area. Perfect for multi-generational families or camping with another couple.
-
Best For: Privacy, long-term stays, and families with teenagers who want their own space.
Loft
The "Bonus Room" Above. Common in Destination Trailers and Fifth Wheels, a loft provides a second-story sleeping area above the master bedroom or den.
-
Best For: Seasonal campers, "kids' zones," and extra storage space.
Bunk-Over-Cab
Efficient Sleeping. Utilizes the space above the driving cab (in motorhomes) or specialized front layouts to add a bed without extending the vehicle's length.
-
Best For: Maximizing floor space during the day while sleeping adults or kids comfortably at night.
Murphy-bed
Day-to-Night Versatility. A smart space-saving solution where the Queen bed folds up into the wall to reveal a sofa during the day.
-
Best For: Smaller trailers (under 25 feet), couples, and those who want a "big trailer" living area in a compact towable package.
4. Browse by Living & Comfort (Couples & Luxury)
Designed for relaxation, entertainment, and residential comfort.
Rear-living
The "View" Layout. Features a massive living area at the back of the RV, typically with large panoramic windows on three sides and theater seating.
-
Best For: Couples, empty nesters, and anyone parked by a lake or scenic overlook.
Bath-and-a-Half
The Host's Dream. Includes a full master bathroom plus a separate half-bath (toilet and sink) for guests or kids.
-
Best For: Large families (no waiting for the shower!) and hosting guests without them entering your master suite.
Full-Bathrooms
Spacious & Residential. Listings that prioritize large, residential-style bathrooms with full showers (not wet baths) and ample vanity space.
-
Best For: Extended trips, full-timers, and campers who refuse to compromise on bathroom comfort.
5. Browse by Kitchen & Dining (Chefs & Entertainers)
For those who believe the kitchen is the heart of the home (or campsite).
Front-Kitchen
The Chef’s Design. Places the kitchen at the very front of the trailer, often providing more counter space and cabinets than any other layout.
-
Best For: Serious cooks, foodies, and creating a distinct separation between the "kitchen" and "living room."
Kitchen island
Prep & Serve. Features a free-standing or fixed island in the center of the kitchen, adding massive counter space and often a residential sink.
-
Best For: Preparing complex meals, serving buffet-style dinners, and social cooking.
Outdoor-kitchen
Keep the Heat Out. Exterior compartments featuring pull-out griddles, mini-fridges, sinks, and cabinetry.
-
Best For: Summer camping, grilling burgers, and keeping muddy shoes out of the trailer when grabbing a cold drink.
